The mission of CreActive Youth NGO is to empower Armenian youth through high-quality formal and non-formal education, promoting active citizenship, healthy lifestyles, social inclusion, and European values. We equip young people with practical skills, confidence, and opportunities to participate fully in their communities and in international cooperation.
Since 2017, the team behind CreActive Youth NGO has been actively involved in Erasmus+ projects at both local and international levels. We have experience in organising youth activities, sending and hosting participants, facilitating learning sessions, and contributing to project implementation and dissemination.
CreActive Youth NGO places strong emphasis on sport and healthy living, environmental protection and eco-awareness, human equality, and the inclusion of young people from rural areas and those facing geographical, economic, or social barriers. Our activities encourage teamwork, resilience, sustainability, and civic engagement.
Through community-based projects, international exchanges, and educational initiatives, CreActive Youth NGO inspires young people to become proactive changemakers who contribute positively to society at local and European levels.
CreActive Youth NGO is actively engaged in youth development through educational, sport-based, environmental, and inclusion-focused initiatives at both local and international levels. Our work is rooted in non-formal education methodologies and aims to strengthen young people's competences, social participation, and readiness for European mobility programmes.
Since 2017, the team has participated in numerous Erasmus+ projects as sending and hosting organisation, as well as in the delivery of learning sessions and workshops. This experience has built strong operational capacity in project implementation, intercultural learning, group facilitation, and dissemination of results.
Through international youth exchanges, training courses, and cross-border partnerships, CreActive Youth NGO supports Armenian young people in accessing European opportunities and contributes to high-quality Erasmus+ cooperation.
Founder · Project Manager and Digital Tools Specialist
Project Manager with an academic background in Computer Science and solid experience in coordinating youth activities and international mobility projects. Supports the organisation and delivery of Erasmus+ projects, digital coordination tools, and participant management systems, particularly for participants from rural communities or with fewer opportunities.
Co-founder · Economist and Marketing Specialist
Master's Degree in Economics and Marketing, involved in youth work and non-formal education since 2017. Leads project development, coordination with European partners, financial management, and quality assurance. Facilitates youth exchanges centred on sport and healthy lifestyles, environmental sustainability, human equality, and social inclusion.
Inclusion Facilitator and Youth Participation Coordinator
Youth worker focused on inclusion, youth participation, and non-formal education. Prepares and facilitates workshops on social inclusion, anti-discrimination, democratic values, and the participation of young people with fewer opportunities, supporting participants from rural communities and those facing economic, social, or geographical barriers. Mentors participants and leads group-building and awareness activities on human rights, diversity, and youth empowerment.
Sport-Based Learning Facilitator and Youth Activity Coordinator
Youth worker and activity coordinator specialising in sport, healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and outdoor education. Designs and delivers sport-based activities, energisers, team-building sessions, and outdoor challenges that build cooperation, resilience, and self-confidence, using sport as an educational tool for inclusion, fair play, and conflict prevention. Supports young people from rural areas and those with fewer opportunities in community life and Erasmus+ mobilities.
Sustainability Volunteer and Environmental Education Supporter
Youth volunteer and environmental education supporter contributing to sustainability, climate awareness, and community engagement. Helps plan and run environmental actions, awareness campaigns, and non-formal education sessions on sustainable lifestyles, recycling, and responsible consumption, and mobilises young volunteers for local eco-initiatives. Works with young people from rural areas and those facing social or geographical barriers to involve them in European youth programmes and community environmental action.
Together, Hakob, Mushegh, Ani, Hayk, and Sona form a multidisciplinary team spanning Erasmus+ project coordination, youth work, sport-based education, environmental awareness, inclusion, and non-formal education. This combination lets CreActive Youth NGO deliver high-quality, inclusive, and impact-driven youth projects that join healthy living, sustainability, equal opportunities, digital coordination, and human-equality values.
