The mission of Youth Progressive Community (YPC) is to foster progressive and innovative thinking and skills among the youth. Our aim is to actively engage young minds in promoting the development of a creative society and an innovative economy. We are committed to contributing to the evolution of a knowledge-based economy, emphasising the importance of involving children and youth in active social life.
YPC organises diverse events, training sessions, and seminars aimed at enhancing the overall development, creativity, and socio-cultural education of young people. Through these initiatives, the organisation plays an integral role in shaping a dynamic and forward-thinking generation in Armenian society.
YPC has over 8 years of experience in organising and participating in Erasmus+ projects, working at both local and international levels. This experience has allowed the organisation to build strong expertise in non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, and youth empowerment.
A central focus of YPC's work is inclusion. The organisation provides opportunities for young people displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh after the war, youth with disabilities and those experiencing post-war trauma, and young people from rural areas: supporting their integration, social participation, and access to mobility opportunities.
At the local level, YPC is highly active in youth development and educational engagement. The organisation works in close cooperation with leading Armenian universities, including Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE), American University of Armenia (AUA), and Yerevan State University (YSU). Together with these institutions, YPC organises seminars, trainings, and interactive workshops using non-formal education for students, providing them with practical skills in innovation, social entrepreneurship, sustainability, and personal development.
Beyond academic cooperation, YPC supports students who face barriers in education (those from rural areas, with financial difficulties, or struggling with accessibility), ensuring that every young person has equal opportunities to succeed.
Through this broad spectrum of activities, YPC empowers local youth and ensures that Armenian young people are connected with the wider European youth community. Our strong partnerships, innovative methods, and inclusion-driven approach make us a reliable and impactful partner in Erasmus+ projects.
Founder · Economist and Marketing Specialist
Master's Degree in Economics and Marketing, with additional specialisations in Law and Political Science. Over 12 years of experience in youth work and non-formal education, including active participation in and organisation of Erasmus+ projects at local and international levels. Strong expertise in project coordination, financial management, and intercultural dialogue.
Co-founder · Project Manager
Academic background in Computer Science, with extensive experience in digital tools, project management, and youth engagement. Coordinates international mobility projects and integrates modern technologies into youth work to enhance learning impact and visibility.
Economist · Social Media and Marketing
Active participant in Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses, also serving as sessions leader. Combines academic knowledge with practical experience in communication, visibility, and youth engagement to ensure effective dissemination and outreach.
Graphic Designer · Marketing and Event Organiser
Combines economic knowledge with creative skills. Extensive experience as a graphic designer creating impactful branding and promotional materials for youth projects. Designs campaigns that reach and engage diverse audiences through innovative digital strategies.
AI Specialist · Project Manager
Strong academic and professional background in AI, data analysis, and digital innovation. Develops and manages projects that integrate AI tools into education and non-formal learning. Leads training sessions on digital transformation, AI ethics, and data-driven decision-making.
Together, the team combines expertise in economics, law, ICT, AI, marketing, and non-formal education. This diversity allows YPC to design and deliver high-quality Erasmus+ projects that are both innovative and inclusive, with tailored mentoring for young people with fewer opportunities and strong dissemination across local and international audiences.
